Why do you wan to Meditate?  To improve focus and handle various thoughts in properly. How do you do the meditation?  Sit up right comfortably and observe the inhale and exhale. If your mind roams around other thoughts, label it as “Thinking” and focus back on breath. Mindfulness & Awareness.  Mindfulness is focusing your mind on one thing fully.  Awareness is monitoring your focus. It is a policing for your focus.   You need mindfulness to focus on something you want. You need awareness to monitor your focus and to bring back focus if it get distracted. Consistency.  Very important if you want to learn meditation. Woke up, Brush, Drink water, Shit, Chai and Meditation — Everyday weekday. Duration is important even if it is a short duration.
